1960's house

This classic 1960’s house required full refurbishment and replacement of an out dated rear extension.

Project Brief

The house was fully insulated to current standards, reroofed, rewired, new central heating, new kitchen and bathrooms. The existing extension was removed and a new timber clad extension was added with roof terrace. Th extension provides a new garden room and utility space adjacent to the existing kitchen. The terrace is accessed from the master bedroom and enjoys views towards the adjacent woodland.
