House Reconfiguration

The house wasn't working in the way our clients required and a reconfiguration with an extension was proposed.

Project Brief

The new extension allowed a better flow of spaces to the garden and provides a transition with utility function. A wet room and new bedroom were added. The existing patio was rebuilt and a deck with bifold doors added. Kaztbeck frameless corner glazing system and Vision roof lights, and Lacuna triple glazed bifolding doors were used allowing the maximum day light to the new rear utility, patio access space. The extension was provided with a zinc roof and larch cladding. The patio was finished with granite paving, larch fencing and rendered planter boundary walls.
